Everyone wants a good life, happy family, stability, a safe neighborhood and provision.

NOWBE provides biblical truth about youth in order to provide an accurate definition of self.

NOWBE will primarily focus on biblical truth to counteract the massive influx of unrealistic depictions that are not honestly portray youth.

NOWBE has five principles: nurture, ownership, winning, boundaries, educate. Each principle has specific events that provide opportunities to create and grow your character.

HEM 365: Hope, Encouragement and Motivation to start your day.

The nurture principle focuses on the foundation: caring and supporting our youth.

SCHOOL SUCCESS: Volunteering at schools that lack volunteer participation.
HIGH FIVE: School recognition for students who have shown improved academics, behavior and effort. Faculty will choose recipients.

The ownership principle focuses on one’s psychodynamics of responsibility. Ownership of mistakes, wrongdoings creates responsibility for your own life and forces you to think to make better decisions. Responsibility improves who you are and the relationships you build.

OWN MY LIFE: Provides a step-by-step self-management system for accountability.
OPPORTUNITY AWAITS: Provides tips on how to heal yourself and relationships that have been damaged by past decisions.
Forgive...NEXT!: Provides ways to move on after you forgive yourself and others. You have a life to live.

The winning principle is discipline based. To be a winner you must win in an arena.

SETTING THE ARENA: Provides lifestyle guidance in setting feasible measurable goals over time.
ARENA STRATEGIES: Provides techniques on how to set measurable ways to track goals. Focuses on how to be disciplined in achieving your reality.
WINNING IS WORKING: Provides ways to view the changes that will occur with taking your life into new territory.

The boundaries principle is self-defining. Establishing boundaries will diminish the effects that outside sources have forced on youth.

DON'T CROSS THE LINE: Provides steps to recognize distractions from outside forces, people and energy.
SHAPING ME: Provides steps to choose and define what is inside your boundaries.
NOW BE: Provides examples of living a self-defined life full of value and influence.

The educate principle is growth based. It is time to expand beyond comfort levels. It is time to be educated. It is your duty to seek knowledge and pray for wisdom.
